"Map & Run" Delivery System
Powered by a unique Alert EasyPro interface with Microsoft MapPoint, the new Map & Run software gets you delivery personnel organized and out the door on the next delivery.
Simply punch in the delivery ticket number, and Map & Run takes over: It will display you stops using an on-screen map which telescopes to any level of magnification. Color-coded "push pin" symbols show you deliveries (green), pick-ups (red), and tickets already dispatched (yellow). Instantly print-out driving directions, review landmarks or revise your actual driving route to avoid traffic, estimate the shortest delivery route, and more.
Map & Run helps you manage and reduce your transportation costs through analysis of your actual delivery performance. For example, it provides a completed delivery and pickup report by driver to measure performance against promised pick up date or off-rent date. It also allows you to close and invoice contracts prior to actual pickup to accelerate your cash flow from billing.
