The correct serialized rental item gets on the correct contract instantly, wirelessly, and flawlessly. Multiple items can be read at one time, for the same contract.
As the bar code on each piece of equipment is read, YardScan displays the meter last recorded. If necessary, the meter reading in Alert can be updated by keying the correct reading with the PDT number pad. YardScan will continue to display for each item until the ticket has been filled. The rental contract is updated for each reading, instantly.
When equipment is returned, use YardScan to read the check-in time for the right contract instantly. Simply update the meter, mileage, and fuel level on the number pad. Your Alert EasyPro system is ready to complete the transaction at the rental counter, before the customer even walks through the door.
